This plug in does not work

    It imports the post, but imports loads of css unrendered so the post is useless. Tried to email support more than once, not response – not even sure if they get the email. If they ever get it working again, I would try it once more – but for now – it’s a no.

    Thanks for the feedback, and really sorry you’ve had a rough experience with the plugin — especially not hearing back from support. That’s definitely not how we want things to go.

    To help us figure out what’s going on, could you send over:

    • A link to one of the WordPress posts where the import didn’t render properly
    • And the original Beehiiv post it was imported from
    • If possible, access to a test or staging site where we can safely take a closer look

    That would really help us track down the issue. You can reply here or email us directly at dev@refact.co.
