    Hello

We believe the cause of this is that the link to the service worker is embedded in your document as JavaScript — this is something our plugin outputs. We believe Google is indexing this worker file because it is following all the links in your document. At this time, we don’t have a solution for this issue, but we’ll leave an open issue for it when we revisit the issue in the future (https://github.com/OneSignal/OneSignal-WordPress-Plugin/issues/52).

This should not have a major affect on your rankings in the Google SERPs.

Sorry for the inconvenience but feel free to keep on eye on the link or contribute if you have any additional insight!

If you need this to stop you can remove our plugin and follow our Typical Site Setup to add our SDK manually to the site.
