• Anything can happen to you after any update. For example: 1. the LMS pages may be completely reset; 2. the paths to the reserved pages for the LMS may change; 3. the course editing page may stop working. And much more. Any update of the MasterStudy plugin or the WordPress plugin may result in the site crashing completely! The plugin’s technical support is either slow to respond or responds with links to instructions that contain nothing but standard information. As a result, we are looking for another solution for LMS. If your life is boring and you have nothing to do then you can safely install this plugin.

    Hello @idrakon ,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about MasterStudy LMS. We’re truly sorry to hear about the challenges you’ve faced while using our plugin, and we’d love the opportunity to assist you in resolving these issues. Our team is committed to ensuring that every user has a smooth and positive experience, and your input helps us improve.

From your comments, it seems you’ve encountered a couple of specific problems: pages not appearing active in the MS LMS console (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/why-not-active-pages-ms-lms-in-ms-lsms-console/), a 404 error when editing courses (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/when-trying-to-edit-a-course-it-gives-a-404-error/), and an overall dissatisfaction with the plugin’s performance (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/this-is-the-most-terrible-lms/). We’d like to address these concerns directly.

For the issue with pages not appearing active in the MS LMS console, this could be related to the LMS page settings not being properly configured. As outlined in our documentation (https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/lms-settings/lms-pages), ensuring that all required LMS pages (e.g., Courses, Checkout, etc.) are assigned correctly under MS LMS Settings > LMS Pages can resolve visibility issues. If this step doesn’t help, it might be worth checking for any caching or permalink conflicts, which we’ll touch on below.

Regarding the 404 error when editing courses, this is often tied to permalink settings or a mismatch in the course slug. Our documentation (https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/404-errors) suggests navigating to Settings > Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard, setting the structure to “Post Name,” and saving the changes to refresh the permalinks. Additionally, ensuring the course is published (not in Draft mode) can prevent 404 errors when accessing course-related pages. If this persists, it could be a conflict with another plugin or theme, and we’d be happy to troubleshoot that with you.

We understand your frustration, and we’re here to help turn your experience around. Since some of these issues might require a closer look at your setup, could you please email to > (support@stylemixthemes.com) or reply here with more details? This will allow us to pinpoint the root cause and provide a tailored solution.

We value your feedback immensely and are dedicated to improving MasterStudy LMS. If you’re willing, we’d love to work with you to resolve these issues and ensure the plugin meets your needs. Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Best regards
