    So, I am opening a new one – just to get clarification – I am confused:

    Your plugin here on WordPress.org is called “WooCommerce Checkout Field Editor (Manager) Pro” – then in that other ticket you said, “we can’t help our premium customers on this forum”… I’m okay with that – but…

    I did not purchase your Premium plugin – I installed and used THIS plugin which you named “Pro”…

    I do not understand where you think I bought your Premium version…Please show me why you think this.

    Also, if you still think that I did purchase your Premium version, then please give me the link to that website so I can contact you there.

    The thread was not closed by our support team. It was closed by the WordPress moderator as we are not supposed to provide premium support here.

    The name of both free and premium version of our plugin is the same. The version of the plugin (2.9.3) that you have provided in your previous thread is the version of our premium plugin. In the free plugin, the latest version is 1.2.5.

    I figured out that I needed to actually click the “save changes” button in order to get the “remove” action to happen. It won’t remove anything when you check the checkbox and click “remove” – you must also click “save changes”… THEN it removes the item you checked. If you leave out any of those 3 steps, then nothing happens…

    Please consider this issue “resolved”…Thank you.
