    THIS IS A SPYWARE / ADWARE !

    I can’t believe this plugin can still be on wordpress.org

    On one of my website, I suddenly had ads appreaing after 25-30 sec on a page. Shareaholic activate ads, specially on mobiles.

    This is a shame !!!

    Hi karelnet, we would be pretty mad too if we were in your shoes. The feature is not spyware/adware but instead designed to make you, the site owner, money. Left a response here that tries to clarify what happened —

    I can’t believe it ! Are you serious ?

    If monetization was “accidentally” set on, I should have an account somewhere, right ? I don’t. I should have earned money or something ? OK, where is it then ? I don’t want to get money from my visitor this way.

    YOU have earned money showing ads to my visitors. You apologize, but you keep it.
