    Yes, it sure looks that way.

    Could you please do me a favor? Unless the copy works better/differently/has more features than the original (and I don’t know which is the original) can you please report that to plugins [ at ] wordpress.org?

    There is no bar against forking a plugin but unless it’s appreciably different than the original then that may not be permitted. Or maybe it’s fine but the plugin team determine that.

    If you do choose to report it please be aware that there’s a backlog of work for that plugin group. You may not get a reply soon.
