    When going to the page that houses my photostream most, but not all, of the tiles show up as the generic “This image or video is currently unavailable” Flickr error message.

    I’ve double checked all the settings and and they are correct. All the photos from the photostream are set to private “friends and family” but I am able to click on an individual tile showing the error message which opens up the slideshow box still showing the generic Flickr error message and then click on “View on Flickr” which takes me to the actual photo.

    It seems strange that some but not all of the photos are shown in the AVG_gallery page. It also seems strange that I can click the “View in Flickr” link from the slideshow and only then see the actual image.

    Any ideas?

    I’ve seen on other sites that this may be a possible issue with Flickr which led me to check that sizes selected in the AFG settings are available from Flickr. I’ve set AFG settings to display the Square 75px and reloaded the WP AFG gallery which showed the “not available” message on some tiles. I then clicked one of the offending “not available” photos from my AFG gallery then clicked “View in Flickr” and validated that the photos that do not show up in AFG with the Square 75px size selection do exist in Flickr as Square 75px. So I’m still at a loss.

    If I choose the sort order as “Date take oldest first” the photos show up fine, but if I change the sort order to “Date take newest first” then all the newer photos show the “not available” error message.

    The only commonality that I see between the photos that are not correctly being shown is that their Original Sizes on Flickr are very large (e.g. 4928×3964) and the photos that are correctly being shown are smaller (e.g. 2592×1936) but I didn’t think that the Original Size mattered as AFG would select the photo size based upon the Size of the photos selection in AFG settings.

    Any ideas?

    I’ve figured it out.

    I clicked “Delete Cached Galleries” from the AFG Default Settings and reloaded my WP AFG photo gallery and everything works!!!

    The first AFG photo page reload took a while to re-cache (sp?) but after a few minutes it worked correctly.
