    When I try and access the features of AIOS I get the message “This Feature is not supported by your system. Please follow the documentation”

    If i click on ‘documentation’ it goes no where.

    What have you done to this plugin?

    If I cross check AIOS do not show any such message “This Feature is not supported by your system. Please follow the documentation” .

    Can you please let me know the details and if possible screenshot of the error? Make sure your hosting provider does not have any such restrictions

    The error appears to be on the whole WordPress admin page.

    Hi @mikejj101

    Rename the plugins folder “all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall” to “all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall-deactivated” at location /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall It will deactivate the plugin and cross check that message gone. if yes the AIOS plugin is making issue.

    Please ask your hosting provider / developer details for that and let me know.

    I’ve found the error message is created by the Everest Forms plugin.

    I’ve messaged Everest to see what they say.

    Hi,

    Everest responded with a download of a different release of the same plugin. I installed the new version and the problem message disappeared.

    They didn’t say wht the issue was caused by but were really quick with a solution.
