    We bought this five months ago and worked with it for hours only to learn that it is broken and there was no fix planned.

    Last week, thinking that the problem was fixed, we purchased again but were disappointed the problem still exists and there is still no schedule for a fix.

    Why is Smash Balloon still advertising and taking money for a product that hasn’t worked in months?

    I do apologize for the issues you experienced! With constant changes on Twitter/X’s end we know some of our users have experienced problems with getting their feeds to update. Sounds like you are one of them.
