THIS COMPANY KEEPS TAKING MONEY FROM A CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION!!!

I cancelled my subscription to PPWP over a year ago, I have verifiable emails and cancelled order receipts from both this company AND my credit card company from January 2023 (which I had to get a refund for initially due to this same problem). Again, just today (January 10th, 2024) I have two charges going through which amount to $347.53 CAD in total. I have repeatedly asked to cancel my subscription with no response, there is absolutely ZERO response from staff or anyone in charge of the company, my repeated contacts go nowhere. Now I will be filing not only fraud charges from with BOTH Mastercard AND VISA, but I will also be sending he Better Business Bureau my complaints as well as the Office of Consumer Affairs. To the owners and administrators of this plugin, I am truly sorry I have had to post this in such a public setting but you have left me no choice.
