This company doesn’t understand basic HTML or accessibility

This plugin created multiple accessibility issues on our site, which came up in a federal accessibility audit. I got to looking at it, and the dialog popup is not setup correctly, and there is no way to decline and dismiss the dialog if you are not using a mouse or trackpad. They are using javascript listeners on a span tag, which is a total developer newbie thing to do. This is HUGE red-flag that this is build by someone who has no real understanding about web development. They are probably doing all sorts of other things wrong too, and judging by the other low ratings, it looks like my suspicions are well substantiated.
