The latest one was using Materialis Pro’s own form. Other sites were using Caldera Forms and/or Contact Form 7. And maybe one was using Divi’s native form, not sure.
is the problem solved after you clear all cache?

I didn’t test it with Materialis Pro. I just disabled WP Fastest Cache and it worked again.
With the other sites, yes, clearing cache fixes it. But the problem always comes back.
does the problem come back after 10-12 hours?

I’m not sure, but I don’t think so.
The problem is caused by wp nonce security system. You should set a cache timeout rule as below. This is the solution.

Thanks for this. I don’t think I’ll switch back though.
I’m not convinced this is the only issue. I was getting Javascript errors on the Materialis Pro site. Those cannot be caused by an expired nonce, right?
Also, I have some clients with very big sites (up to 1500 pages). Clearing all cache every 10 hours isn’t desirable.
