• is mailpoet compatible with socketlabs mail server i can not get it to connect keep getting this error

    no matter what port i use or email address its the same i know socketlabs is okay as i am sending mail via outlook using the same credentials.

    i have tried every port known to man outlook works on 2525 but mail poet works on nothing i have tried ticking and un ticking all options but i get the same error

    please can you sort this out as its driving me mad

    You need to check with your hosting provider if they have blocked your SMTP ports on your website.

    We usually recommend SendGrid or SparkPost, because we support their API. So even you if you have SMTP ports blocked on your server you can still send emails.
