I think you should make this part optional in settings, as plugin collect website visitors IPs and info for third party therefore plugin breaking website visitor’s privacy.

Also visitors can’t close plugin floating message without disabling ad-block, and refreshing browser window, you leave no choice for visitor and most people will just leave site and will never return. It increase bouncing rate and decrease site traffic.
There should be an option to close warning and let user visit site.
