    Hi,

    I started getting this error on PayPal live:
    “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.”

    It was working fine and no changes have been made.

    I read about Encrypted Website Payments and it’s already set to OFF.

    Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advanced!

    @naa986 Sure, here is the link to the site: https://www.trawell.global/gifts/. You can try with the any of the buttons that say ‘buy now’.

    @rikhil98, Thanks. Can you please check your merchant ID to make sure that it’s correct for live PayPal transactions? Changing the merchant ID seems to be work.

    @naa986 I have checked this already and it matches the one on paypal. Not sure what else to do?

    @rikhil98, You can leave the Merchant ID field empty so the plugin uses your email address instead.

    @rikhil98, The code looks correct. Can you please contact PayPal to see if your account is eligible for selling products?
