Thickbox or Lightbox support?

Hey there,
So far this plugin looks very promising, apart from one small issue that keeps me from using this.
The thing is when I want to display only thumbnails, the thumbnails link to a new tab or the same tab to the youtube page.
I don’t want to send people off my page for every video they want to watch as I have just over 9000 of them. So I was hoping to use thickbox, fancybox or lightbox to load the videos in.Now I did some reading and it wouldn’t be that difficult to implement. Apart for I don’t have a clue how to write php. However I could make it happen if The link of the thumbnails were added with the class “thickbox” that way I could use the Auto Thickbox Plus addon to make the videos load in the thickbox instead of a new tab.
Perhaps someone knows a littl php and could help me adapt the script to work with Auto Thickbox plus.
Also another slight disadvantage is with about 200 videos per gallery a pagination would be nice. Otherwise you get a very large loading time and too much scrolling to do.
But apart from those two missing features it’s an amazing plugin!
