    I have spent two years paying their premium price and just gotten by with their lack of important features (like a waitlist) and difficulties getting things to act the way they should or look the way I want. So when I decide to hold off on renewing until I get an answer to a question about functionality that is important to my client – I am blown off and basically told that unless I renew they will not help me and that they won’t even answer my question in the public forum. Customer Service at it’s finest. I even made it clear that I am basing whether or not I renew on this support issue. Moving on and switching all my clients AWAY from them STAT. They have treated me with no respect despite being a paying customer for years. I won’t be giving them any more money.

    I’m sorry for the bad experience you had. I assume you’re referring to your question here:

    Our intention is not to try and force you to upgrade or renew, far from it. We set aside a significant amount of resources to provide free support on these forums for the free/main plugin.

    Pro is an add-on that extends the functionality of the main/free plugin hosted here. The main reason we can’t even answer questions regarding our Pro plugin is due to the guidlines of the forums: (see penultimate point)

    As you can see, your thread was closed, most likely by a moderator (we can’t close threads), because we were talking about a Pro/Premium plugin and that violates the terms of use for this forum.

    I see you’ve reached out via email, and I’ll answer your questions there. Whilst we don’t provide Pro support to customers without an active/valid license, answering questions about what’s possible etc. like those you’ve put forth is certainly something we’re happy to do.
