    They send unwanted spam to the registered email (it’s mandatory to register), then there’s no unsubscribe link, you have to contact them for being unsubscribed. Ridiculous.

    edit: apparently the unsubscribe link was invisible in my email client (mobile), while on others was working. Revised the rating

    Thank you for sending us your feedback. We’re really sorry to know you feel this way.

    The newsletter is a way for us to keep in touch with our users, and send the newest updates or discount offers for paid features (sometimes worth a few hundreds of dollars). But if you find it unnecessary, it’s totally possible to unsubscribe on your end. You can find the link to unsubscribe right at the bottom of the newsletter. Our offer to unsubscribe on request is only additional option, in case the users encounter unexpected error and can’t unsubscribe successfully.

    The link is available on every newsletter we sent, and if not we’d love to hear from you to get it fixed 🙂

    The signature is “If you must unsubscribe, I’d love it if you let me know why.” and there’s no link, or I would have clicked it.

    Thank you for reaching back and letting us know,

    By default, the word unsubscribe will be underlined to indicate it as a link to unsubscribe from the list. Our team has checked based on your input and found out that the issue is caused by UX & UI design of each device and app. While on Window (screenshot), iOS devices (screenshot), and Yahoo Email app on Android (screenshot), the links and underlined, Gmail app on Android appears to hide the line. However, you can still click the word unsubscribe to proceed further, or choose unsubscribe function on the list at the top right corner (here).

    As this is the UI & UX design of Gmail app on Android (and of some other email apps or devices), we’re sorry that it isn’t displaying more clearly but the issue is out of our hands to make any change. We hope you could understand the situation for us. In case you encounter difficulties on your device/app, drop us a short request (hi@beeketing.com) and we will unsubscribe for you?

    You’re right, it is a clickable link. On mobile did not look clickable

    When i tried it (last year), it did not work with my woocommerce. I registered, set up, then i got some error, which i don’t really rememeber

    @anevins, on gmail mobile, it doesn’t have the link underline, plus when an email is on spam, links are all disabled. It looked like “you have to contact us to get unsubscribed”, then i was raged. Instead i could have done it by myself
