They offer refund on their website for the pro version and addons, but in reality they never give back your money. Last month I asked refund at the half of the 14 days refund period. Since I have repeated that several times, but they didn’t respond in their support system, so I have to share my story here.
By the way, after my refund request I sent to them a new client, but it was my other mistake.
