  • They have a chat function for support wich they never use. I posted 3 tickets after getting an answer what didn’t solve anything. Waiting 2 weeks now.

    Posted funding request also no reaction. Maybe this post will wake them up?

    Not here. For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well. This includes any conversation about refunds as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
