They don’t honor their Money Back Guarantee

    After installing this plugin, Elementor’s interface ceased to function properly on my website. The company then gave instructions for a lot of server-side changes that had to be made before it would work. I didn’t desire to do any of that – I had already wasted several hours on this thing, so I uninstalled and requested a refund. They have given me the runaround for two weeks now, then complained when I made a dispute with PayPal..

    Their website says “Money Back Guarantee” but they refuse to refund money if you’re not happy – and I’m NOT happy with their product. The plugin doesn’t work correctly without technical changes. Total ripoff. Buyer beware… I will never buy another plugin without intensive due diligence. Thanks for nothing, Leap13.
