    <p class=””>With the update to version 1.2.0 all previously created before/after sliders are broken and they refuse to fix it. They just don’t seem te care about their users.</p>

    <p class=””>I’ve created a support ticket to ask for a fix and even listed the steps to reproduce the issue, but they simply say that the plugin improved (so I should be happy?) and blame WordPress for this situation unjustly.</p>

    <p class=””>With version 1.3.5 it wasn’t possible to create new blocks, but as this plugin didn’t have priority I had to find an alternative. They tried to move me to the full plugin bundle, but that even broke the existing blocks, so that wasn’t an option either.</p>

    <p class=””>Eventually the plugin was fixed after all, so we’re still using it. Only because recreating alle existing content is too much work. Because of the fix an I’ve given an extra star, but restoring the trust still needs a lot of work.</p>
