  • They plugin itself looks good, by I had a really bad customer experience. They obviously had problem sending me the Pro Plugin and the license code I paid $50 for. I wrote them tons of mails, but they didn’t answer or asked me things we have talked about already. I never received the plugin and when I asked them to give me my money back they didn’t answer as well.

    I tried anything, even with an email from Gmail to Gmail they didn’t answer. I even gave them my telephone number. No one contacted me. I tried that for two month.

    Ok there can be technical issues no problem, but if they would really have wanted to help me, they could. But they didn’t.

    I really hate writing bad comments, but what else should I do in this situation.
