Thesis website – two questions

On the website http://www.whatworksweightloss.com/ I have an issue where subpage drop down menu items show up very cluttered together (there are actually three subpages of the “Articles” tab) and they all are listed with the same title as their parent page. How can I fix this? It’s worth noting that Thesis doesn’t support WP menus.

The second thing I’d like to accomplish is getting a tag cloud and categories list at the bottom of the right sidebar, but only on the blog.

Anybody know Thesis?
