Theses to thesis 2, woocommerce and WCThesis Integrator Qs

I’m in Oregon saving bees and planting gardens here with http://www.livehoneybees.com, trying to post classes with a cart ( woocommerce)
Am using thesis 1.8, which needs a plug in integrator, but the integrator seems to need thesis 2, which messes up the look of the site.
http://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/ suggests a Duplicate page.php, method, but it failed to work when I tried it.
I’m happy to stay with thesis 1.8 or move to thesis 2.0 but need detailed for dummies instructions on how

So that’s

1. Thesis to thesis 2 help / leads to tutorials
2. Go with http://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/ but need help to get php code where it belongs to make these 1.8 look right
3. Will WooCommerce Thesis Integrator – Basic Pack http://woocommerce-thesis-integration.com/product-categories/integration/ work with 1.8 das well as 2.0?
