    Hello @7thcircle

I am sorry to read about your issue. Can you please share a screenshot of the whole settings page with the error?

We are unable to reproduce this and we would like to see a screenshot to better understand the context of this issue.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Here is the settings page. There are no other admins on the site.

Thank you for the screenshot @7thcircle

For some reason it seems that the settings were restricted during the upgrade process. We still need to find out what and why it has happened, however, in the meantime you can restore access by simply doing the following:

    1) Add this code snippet to your theme’s functions.php

    2) Access a front-end page from your website to execute the code

    3) Delete the code from the functions.php file.

This should restore back access to the plugin’s settings. Can you please keep us posted about the fix?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

The same thing happened to us.

When I logged in I was prompted for the 2FA setup. Since I had already completed it previously, I dismissed/cancelled the setup thinking it was a hiccup. After that, I can no longer log in without a backup code and cannot access the 2FA settings at all (same error as @7thcircle posted).

I will try the fix and report back.

    @robert681

I completed your fix and it worked to allow access back into the plugin settings. Our main settings were reset either via the plugin update or the temporary snippet addition, so I had to force 2FA again for all individual users, though I’m not sure yet if everyone is going to have to reconfigure their 2FA.

I can confirm the snippet works and also solves the settings missing on the profile page and the broken frontend page

Thank you for the update @7thcircle and @ihatewinter

I am glad to hear it works. Should you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Have a good day and thank you again for using our plugin.
