Title: Thermal Printer Not Working Last modified: January 5, 2021 --- # Thermal Printer Not Working * Resolved [doubledcreative](https://wordpress.org/support/users/doubledcreative/) * (@doubledcreative) * [5 years, 4 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/thermal-printer-not-working/) * Hi, * Having huge issues with being able to print receipts via a thermal printer ([Netum NT-8003DD](https://www.netum.net/products/nt-8003dd-bluetooth-80mm-portable-thermal-receipt-printer-compatible-with-android-ios-pc-windows)). * Have tried via the iOS app and also via the new Mac OS Desktop Order tracking App. Setup all works fine for auto print and to the thermal printer (connected via USB). There is so much issues I can’t believe they didnt test this before releasing. I’ve downloaded and installed the ‘latest’ version of Restropress-Auto-Print-Mac.dmg and installed it but it still prints the PDF code. * The desktop all also doesn’t tell you what version it is so there isn’t a way of actually knowing if it’s the latest one. * The time it is taking to get this fixed is not ideal.
