    there was an issue during the backup process. I am unable to the backup of my website. The database backup is happening without failure. But when I try for plugins, themes,ect it is failing with this error message:

    SGExceptionExecutionTimeError: Execution timeout error [File: /h/cnswww-www.ise/www.ise.ufl.edu/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/backup/com/core/backup/SGBackup.php, Line: 137, URL: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?_fs_network_admin=true]

    Dear @swaam999 ,

    Thanks a lot for sharing the issue with us.

    Upon checking the log file we have noticed that you have a low Max execution time (30), which may not be enough to perform the backup of the files.

    May we kindly ask you to try to increase it to the minimum (for instance, 300-600) and try to run a backup again?

    And if the issue repeats, please, resend us the backup log to check.
