    Hi @sharifarif,

    The debug info suggests you’re using PHP 7.4. The issue seems to be with the PCRE library v10.31 (the one that parses and validates emails) bundled with the PHP version your host built for you. Please contact your hosting provider to upgrade that extension. Follow this support thread for more details.

    Hi @alamsarwar,

    I apologize for any confusion. This is not a similar issue. There was the connection problem and Curl still expected the data from the connection and so the error. Please contact your hosting provider and ask if cURL is enabled and running properly on your server, you could send them this error message. There might also be some information recorded over Tools > Site Health.

    I just downgraded the PHP version to 7.2
