    Hi,

    I was printing labels and suddenly started receiving an error “There was a problem purchasing your shipping label. Please try again in a moment.” What could be the cause? It was working fine so why did I suddenly start receiving error?

    Just like the post below. I am also receiving this error when I log into wordpress.com to view/add new payment method. “Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA.” How did you fix his problem. Can you fix my problem too?

    Hi wbrubaker,

    Support is saying:

    “I am able to see another support request open but I can not view that one. Have you opened a ticket for that error, specifically?”

    I’m not sure if support is referring to this page? I’m not sure why support is not able to open ticket they are referring to.

    It seems like we are stuck on ticket question instead of the reason I open ticket. Any help?
