    ERROR: There was a problem connecting to the payment gateway. This appeared the other day and I can’t find a solution. Declines and normal card errors appear in Stripe Dashboard.

    Updated all plugins. Reinstalled the plugin. Disabled plugins. Checked SSL. Removed mixed content I had. Tried Test Mode. Tried Stripe Checkout. Tried different products. Tried while logged in and out.

    Doesn’t seem to be much explanation or help for this error online. Appreciate any fixes or hacks available.
