the old edition work fine .. when i upload the old edition

I have the same problem. Neither 1.13.34 or 1.13.35 is working for me. No submissions in to the database and no actions after submission. If I go back to 1.13.33 then it is fine again. On another website, that I also administer, there it works fine with 1.13.35. The only changes between those two websites (that I can think of) is the different Themes. The failing one uses theme “Twenty Seventeen”. I am using PHP 7.2 version
I have updated to version and 1.13.36 the message did not come and the actions do not appear after submission I also get this error
