    Thanks for trying my plugin!

    This problem is be caused by some plugin for multilingual websites that you use on your blog. It cannot properly translate product names, so the form is empty.

    Please provide information about multilingual plugins that you have activated.

    It sounds like you assume that the product is translated. It is not translated. The site is Swedish and the product I purchased is from the site’s default language.

    However, the site is using WPML for translation into English. The English site is displayed on another domain.

    But as I said, the product I’m trying to review is not translated, so I can’t see why that would be the issue here.

    I’m not familiar with how WPML works but perhaps it creates some filters even for the default language?

    I won’t be able to reproduce this problem on my websites because I don’t have WPML and, as far as I understood, there is no free version of WPML.

    The problem was caused by the fact that review reminders were enabled only for particular categories of products but the order consisted of just a single product that didn’t belong to these categories. As a result, the form was empty.
