Like a couple of ohers i’ve setup the AirPress plugin by following the guide, but when I attempt to load a value using a short code (eg: [apr field=’Name’]) i get the error “[apr field=’Name’] attempting to be used on a page where there is no collection.”

I looked in the logs and can see the API request is being sent >> https://api.airtable.com/v0/key*******OFG/Animals?filterByFormula=OR%28%7BName%7D+%3D+%22jerry%22%29&offset=

In the log it appears to then return no data.

I tested the above API call in Postman and it returns the expected record.

Any assistance in getting this working would be appreciated.

Without seeing exactly how you have it setup it’s hard to know exactly what’s going on.

If you’re using just the Airpress shortcodes inside your page and not drawing them in through PHP, if the page is set to private they won’t display.

But again hard to know what’s causing the issue without looking at how you have it setup.

@fmdc Please regenerate your Airtable API Key as that last set of screenshots displays it publicly. https://airtable.com/account

Yep. I will do that once resolved. There’s nothing in this current table its just sample data for testing purpose and it’s the only table in the account.

We found the cause of the “no collection” error (at least one of them) doing a screenshare with @fmdc — there was a missing front-slash on the API Url in the Airpress Connection configuration.

The URL should be: https://api.airtable.com/v0/
