• Hey, i am qTranslate user, thanks for being creating this plugin for new version of WordPress!
I would like to add 3 languages, English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese, however, when i click the add button, it shows a message: “There is already a language with the same Language Code!”, I think the reason the error is the “zh” locale code,
    please advise!

    Thanks!
    Kenneth

    Hi.
Yo’re right, the plugin expects language name to be unique.
I think you might add Simplified Chinese with different language code. I’ve checked such case and there are no problems.

    hello,

i had similar issue for serbian language, since serbian lang can use 2 scripts: cyrillic or latin.

here is what worked for me: i used “SR” and “sr”. in your case, just use “zh” and “ZH” 🙂

also, you can use zh and xy in admin panel, and after that you can try to find xy in database and change it to zh (i have not tested that, but it might work as well)

    regards,
    mladen
