“there has been a critical error on your website”

I have used your block manager plugin successfully up to this week. Now, when I attempt to use it, I get the dreaded “There has been a critical error on your website…” error, but only when clicking settings for your plugin. Possibly another plugin update is interfering? I’m on everything latest; happy to help diagnose.
