  • I got a critical error trying to generate a pdf. Debug info as follows:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8192 bytes) in /home/y9pxdlxpi1vw/public_html/scentsofthegods.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/vendor/dompdf/dompdf/lib/Cpdf.php on line 4893

    The only change I made to the wordpress was installing and activating Storefront

    Hi @pmccoy833,

    Creating PDFs is quite a memory intensive process. When files become too large this error is thrown. Usually this is related to the use of images in your document. Have you uploaded your logo in a very high resolution by any chance? Higher than 300 dpi is not necessary.

    The logo is set at 300dpi. I checked the memory settings and it is already set at double the recommended settings. I set it to html to get it to work. The only difference between this packing slip and others I’ve generated in the past was this was a large order with a dozen products. Would this cause an issue?

    Which PHP version are you running? What is your memory settings now?
