  • If you’re unable to login to WordPress dashboard or your hosting control panel, there is nothing we can say here that will be of help to you. Any fix will require some sort of administrative access, which you don’t seem to have now.

Kindly reach out to your host for support, as they’re the only ones who can help you with access to your control panel.

    Good luck!

How to reach to my host for support

    please guide me

    That’s a new one 🙂

Your domain unaux.com was registered through Namesilo, but I can’t find much info about the hosting, as it redirects to some spammy advertising link that tried to install malware on my computer.

    Some pointers:

    1) Check your mailbox for the email you received when you ordered your hosting service. This usually contains contact information.

    2) Check your credit card statement or any invoice or payment receipts you’ve received for your website. Your hosting company’s name is likely to be there, and you can google it.

    Good luck!

UPDATE: From a bit of googling, it appears your site is just one of the thousands of subdomains under unaux.com, which belongs to the free hosting service ProFreeHost.com. You might want to contact this site for help.
