• When visiting the url for the site I am working on, I receive the following message

“There doesn’t seem to be a wp-config.php file. I need this before we can get started.

Need more help? We got it.

You can create a wp-config.php file through a web interface, but this doesn’t work for all server setups. The safest way is to manually create the file.”

and an option to set up a config file based off of the database.

Whenever I follow the instructions it just takes me to an error screen.

Any ideas what could be causing this? I know that the file wp-config.php exists and I have manually inserted and saved the correct information in it, but no matter what I do, I keep seeing this error screen.
