The first has Naredni Sajmovi as the header, the second doesn’t. That suggests to me that the widgets are different and that the first has some modifications that don’t work
What happens if you use the second widget alone?
And what happens if you use the TwentyTwelve theme?

No, that is not the problem. OK, I have removed both widgets in top area (where they have no saved settings) and moved them back in sidebar. This time I did not change title of sidebar and problem remains.
For some reason TwentyTwelve shows no sidebar at all 🙁
