After recent update, no one is able to place an order at checkout as shipping says “there are no shipping options availalbe”
When place order is clicked it says no shipping methind selected.
I have re-added the shipping methods again but to no avail.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Would you be willing to share more details about the shipping methods you’re using and the shipping zones? Also your overall shipping settings? What exactly do you mean by “re-adding the shipping methods”?

I’m facing the same issue. The fix was to enable and show the postal code field—once it’s filled in, the delivery options show up. But how can I switch back to the previous setup, where everything worked without requiring a postal code?

The same issue occurs when using Amazon Pay.
Thanks for the info, which Checkout Field Editor are you using? It doesn’t seem to be possible to modify the postcode field via Woo’s Checkout Field Editor plugin
Do you also have ” Hide shipping costs until an address is entered” (In WC -> Settings -> Shipping -> Shipping Settings) set to true?
For me I was hiding the postal code and state/county field using checkout field editor. This issue seem to resolve once I enable both postal code and county sections. But this is an issue for me as I don’t want to show postal code and county at checkout.

Thank youHad to upgrade to 9.8.2 to screen record the bug and downgraded to 9.7.1 to make it work as normal. No it is not fixed at all. It doesn’t show any shipping and it is not related to cache. After order confirm the shipping charge just shows 0 in order details. As you can see in checkout time there is also no shipping charge section showing. But it shows fine in 9.7.1 version. Thanks so much for sharing the video — that really helps. I can see that the shipping charge is being skipped entirely during checkout. Just to double-check, does this only happen for guest checkouts, or is it happening for logged-in customers too?
If it’s affecting all guest checkouts, it might be related to an issue we’re currently investigating here: GitHub issue #57463.
That said, I wasn’t able to reproduce the same behavior on my own test site, so it’s possible this might be tied to something specific in your setup — like a configuration or conflict.
When you get a chance, could you please share your System Status Report? That could give us some helpful clues. You can either share it here, or feel free to drop it directly into the GitHub issue if you’d prefer — that way our developers can take a closer look.
No it is happening with logged in also. Downgraded to 9.7.1 but giving the system report.

From your message, I understand that the issue with “no shipping options available” only occurs when you update to WooCommerce 9.8.2, while it works fine on WooCommerce 9.7.1.
Thank you for providing the system status report. I’ve reviewed it, and while nothing major stands out, I did notice that there are several third-party plugins interacting with WooCommerce. Given that, and considering we haven’t been able to replicate this issue in our testing, it does suggest that something specific within your setup may be causing the conflict.
Could you let me know if you’ve already performed a conflict test? If not, I highly recommend updating back to WooCommerce 9.8.2 and then performing a conflict test by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and switching to a default theme like Storefront. This will help us narrow down whether another plugin or the theme might be triggering the issue.
