    Hello, I have made all the configuration and apparently the plugin is well configured, I put the login data, the api and everything they requested, but it does not work, it displays the message “There are no available shipping methods”

    Mine seems to be tied to products being on backorder if that helps

    Hello, I am having the same issue. I have entered all the configurations: user id, PW, API… getting “no shipping options available”. I will check back order. The inventory is set to a positive with backorder status set to “allow but notify”. I have adjusted this setting to not allow backorders. Still not showing a shipping calculator in the cart window, get the same error message as above.

    This problem is happening when using usps as well.

    My issue ended up being that the product weight set in woocommerce was 2400lbs instead of 2.4.

    I would suggest checking the shipping tab of each individual product, also turn on debugging and if it shows an error please post it here minus any api login info

    Hi guys,

    can you check what robertcc18 wrote, is the weight of the products set up correctly and is not too big?

    Also, please make sure that the UPS service you use is available for region you are trying to deliver.

    This issue maybe currency-related.

    Origin’s country currency must match UPS account currency.
