    Hey there!

Thanks for posting. 🙂 That’s actually expected! The widgets area will be where you can click and drag the plugin’s form into the design of your site. But you’ll actually want to go elsewhere to adjust the plugin’s settings.

To access this area, log in to your WordPress admin area, then go to Settings > MailChimp Setup. This is where you can connect to your MailChimp account, as well as adjust the various settings that make this plugin so great! 🙂

If you have anymore questions, just let us know.

I have gone through the setup and put in my API # is that what you mean? Everything seemed to work until I went to the widget page and moved the Mailchimp tab into the Widget area. Then I got the error message. I’ve even followed the video’s on YouTube, I get the same error message. I’m using the Weaver Pro II theme. Do you think that has anything to do with it?

    Hi!

If you’re still seeing the “There are no options for this widget.” message on the widget page, remember that that’s expected. The widget area ONLY serves as an area to decide where the plugin goes in your design, it is NOT expected to have any options.

Is this the error message you’re seeing? If not, can you elaborate on what error message you’re seeing now?

Additionally, when you move the plugin’s widget into a specified area of your site, can you confirm that you are not seeing it on your live site?
