Hi,
It appears that the UpdraftPlus Google Drive app is refusing the connection from your site.
Please could you try entering your site’s IP address int the following form:
https://updraftplus.com/unblock-ip-address/
Then reauthenticate with Google Drive and attempt a new backup.
Best Wishes,
Bryle

Hi,
The log shows that the backup has been timed out or killed of by the server.
One of the fix would be to reduce the backup archive split size. This will split the backup into smaller, more manageable files. To do this, open the ‘expert settings’ section of the UpdraftPlus Settings tab, and find the ‘split backups every’ option. Set this to 25Mb, save your settings and run a new process
Kind Regards,
Bryle
it’s complicated…!!! but when I tried to use Dropbox it’s showed like this

Hi,
Yes, the backup appears to have completed as the log shows this message “5964.453 (1) The backup apparently succeeded and is now complete”.
You can also check the “Backup/Restore” tab if it shows a successfully completed message or have any errors or warnings.
Thanks,
Bryle
