I’m having issues changing the color templates. I’ve gone to the “Yop Poll Templates” page and selected the option I wanted and “applied” it, but it doesn’t change anything anywhere. My poll just stays white.

I’ve been able to change it manually by writing over the “white” template with one I want, but this shouldn’t be the way to fix the issue.

Please let me know what button I’m not pressing or the order in which things need to be pressed. Thank you.

  • Nevermind, I believe I found my own answer. Just a little more subtle than I was expecting I guess.

[ailingforale] I have read all the documentation I can find, and I am not seeing it. How did you fix the template?

So since this was about 2 months back, please refresh me on what you’re trying to do here lol.

Did you want to just change the color or template when you’re posting/creating a new poll?

Yes, the color, no matter where I look, is always white. I want to change it to Blue or Dark. Thank you for your help!

So, simple answer first. When you’re creating a new poll,7 windows down is a section called Other Options and the third option is Poll Template. In that you can change the color/template, same diff. If that’s not it let me know.

Perfect! Thank you. I didn’t see that, no matter how many times I looked.
