themes.php does not work

Hi All,

This is the first time am using Word Press.

I’ve setup the blog and its working fine except for the “Themes” section in the Admin panel. When I am trying to access this page, it gives a blank page.

What can be the reason for this??

Grateful if i can get anyone’s help in regarding this.
