    Website data files (articles, images, video files) were transferred. But all the themes, menus, link structures were not. The home page becomes one page with texts and hyperlinks but no colors and menu structure. All content seem to be there. But a lot of manual work is needed to reconstruct the site from these data files.

    I can’t show the link to the page under construction because it is my company’s business site. We are in the process to moving it from our hosting agency to Google Cloud Platform. I exported the .wpress file from existing website, and imported the file into the new WordPress under Google Cloud Linux server I created. The process is very straight forward, so it will be really great if it actually works.

    Quick question, are you using the latest version of All in One WP Migration 6.65 on export/import?

    If yes, can you contact support [at] servmask.com for further investigation.

    Yes I did. But you remind me of one thing. The versions of WordPress on export and import ends are different. So I’ll upgrade both to WordPress 4.9.4 and repeat this process again.

    I updated the WordPress and ensure the same version of All-in-one WP are used (6.65) on both ends, but the issue remains.

    Yes. I still am trying debug the same issue. It seems related to the a customized theme and plugin files structure. The all-in-one WP tool has certain level file structure assumption so is unable to handle the content stored in non conventional folder structure.

    I understand your point. Yesterday we worked on the problem that you face and we have a solution.

    Lesley from our team will send you RC version of the plugin that solves the issue with URLs replacement on import.

    Make sure your folders have proper permission! I faced that same issue in my new cloud server and I investigated then found this cause of folder permission, not the All-in-One WP Migration problem.
