# Themes from WP.org

 * Hi there,
 * my WordPress setup is Multisite enabled. So, I have the super admin and the default
   administrator.
 * When I go to Themes > Install > Install from WordPress.org as a default administrator
   I receive the error: “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with
   WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems,
   please try the <a href=”[https://wordpress.org/support/”>support](https://wordpress.org/support/”>support)
   forums</a>.”
 * As a super admin, the themes load as expeted.
 * Now, I know you don’t support Multisite environment, but do you have any idea
   why I receive this error for themes only? If I do the same steps for plugins 
   as a default administrator Plugins > Install > Install from WordPress.org it 
   works.

 * Considering MainWP does not support a Multisite environment, we have limited 
   experience with issues that may arise with it. And unfortunately, I am unsure
   why you’re getting that error on the **Themes > Install > Install from WordPress.
   org** page.
