 * I think you are doing a good job, thanks for that.
    but I have a problem with
   my theme! you can see it here [http://www6.0zz0.com/2014/11/18/18/739581353.png](http://www6.0zz0.com/2014/11/18/18/739581353.png)
   Is it any way to solve this problem? Is it possible to use a custom page for 
   display JS Support Ticket and not use the automatically created one?

 * JS Support Ticket is only in English translation.
    Your site is not in English,
   so it show language variable as it is.
 * If you translate into your language or use English, it will work fine.
