Themes broken after base URL change

Hi all,

I tried to change the base URL of my WordPress Multisite network and it worked well. I copied the entire database to a new database and then searched/replaced the domain to the new domainname. After that i changed the domainsetting in wp-config.php, and that’s is. It worked… but…

All the themes of all the sites are changed back to their original settings. All the themechanges are gone. Weird..

I have done a full search on the old domainname in all the files but it was not detected (and that is good). Also the search/replace in the database went correct.

Anyone knows how this can happen and how to solve this?
